Rules
Raid Rules If you want to raid with us here's the criteria for doing so: - You need to have PVE spec and PVE epic gear. - You need to know tactics, and have consumables (pots and food) with you. IF NOT that's grounds for removal from guild. You don't bother to prepare? why should we bother to take you. Simple as that. (exeption is when you haven't signed up and are coming on short notice to help out the guild, then the rest have the obligation to share pots and food with you since U have'nt had time to get it yourself) - You need to download and use the addons we use. - Sign up using the Calendar section. All you have to do is subscribe in Calendar section for the raid u can attend. For 25 ppl raids all members are allowed to subscribe and raid leader will invite the people he needs. Signing up does NOT entitle you to a spot in the raid. It only tells the raid leader you are available. If there are many of same class or specialization signing for the event the first signer acording to the date he signed is the one who will get to raid (better geared ppl have priority). - NOT GOING TO A GUILD RAID BECAUSE YOU WANT TO ARENA/PVP WILL NOT BE TOLLERATED AND IS GROUNDS FOR REMOVAL, IRL issues will and must come first, but don't waiste our time with a phony excuse and then go arena for 3 hours. We have days set off for such activitys. - If you are not online at the time raid invites start you will not be invited, you will be replaced. If you are late and your class is still needed for the success of the raid you MIGHT get an invite. If you can't be replaced and you signed up you are making everyone late so you will loose 5 DKP for signing and not coming. Real life takes precidence always, we'd need some serious help if it didn't. Just let someone know if you can't make a raid or will be late. Communication is key and common courtesy. All players must announce at least 30 minutes in advance if they must leave the raid or cancel signup if you cannot come in time. This provides a courtesy to the raid members and allows the raid leader some time to find a replacement if necessary. Do not start or join an instance party if you know you will not have time to finish it. - use forum the raid section to let us know by class when you cannot raid. If you do not do this, this can be a reason for removal from the guild - Your addition to the raid will be based upon class makeup needed for the boss. If by bringing a certain class over another to the raid will cause its success vs. a wipe, the needed class will be invited. The ONLY exceptions to this rule are when that boss is required for quest progression or the boss drops something for a specific class and it will not cause continuous wipes. If you are being replaced try to behave and dont act childish just HS and accept the ideea. - All green items dropped are disenchanted and sent to the raiding guild bank. Check rules section for DKP & Loot. All epics not needed will suffer the same fate. - Raid leaders will get their repairbill payed by guild. Raid leaders have the responsebility to follow up on the DKP when uploading the raid to this site. They also have to send GM a ingame message telling how much they payed in repairbill, GM will then refund those G's asap. (This does'nt apply to the 10 men naxx) Regards,
TIRQ Guild Rules 1. No begging. This includes begging for gold, items, assistance. You may ask for these things from guildies but if you get NO response NO as an answer that's it. No harrassment of a guildie for saying no will be tolerated. It is within their right to dictate their own time and resources. We all help each other out, this is a guild after all, but there should be no pressure to do so. 2. Rank will be given based on your activity and participation within the guild. 3 weeks with the guild shows your comittment and earns you as a promotion to member in guild (if shown goos support, mature play etc, this can be done soner by officers vote). Mature play, helping others and supporting the guild rules will earn you promotions. When you Register on the guild site and show activity for 3 weeks you will be promoted to Member. Do not ask for a promotion because you will never get one that way. As a Trial member you come absoluty last on the list of people getting loot, iow u get it if noone else needs it. 3. This is a guild for mature players. No "childish" behavor will be tolerated, read the rules and play by them. Adult language and content, including swearing is allowed. Members must be mature and able to tolerate adult themes and harsh language.
4. Officers are responsible for the Guild. Each Officer has the authority to moderate and take necessary action. Each Officer must abide by the following protocol when using this authority: An Officer will consult with all other Officers who are online before implementing discipinary action such as demotion or kicking. The Officer will announce what they have done to the entire guild and explain the reason. 5. Alt Rank: its used for our guildies's Alts characters. If you want your alts in our guild (only 80 level allowed) its simple..just tell an officer to invite it in guild and you must mark it in Public Note as is your alt like "estione Alt" or "<You> Alt". That officer will promote your alt to Alt Rank. Now the thing is you can only have 1 main to play and raid with our guild and gain DKP (DKP between alts its transferable). If you want to switch an alt with your main.. just announce an officer who will demote your actual main and promote an Alt as your new Main. Remember to change Public notes to old main in "<You> Alt", Futhermore only alts will get in that are needed for raid progress, so which the guild is low on atm. 6. All Officer decisions regarding dismissal are final. You may seek a clarification of an Officer decision, and the Officer will present you with the facts and findings they have. Any disagreements must be discussed on the Guild Forums, and not in any other chats. All guild dismissals must be fully documented with all available evidence in the Officer forums, to ensure that matters are dealt with fairly. A formal warning will result in demotions from higher ranks to a regular guild member. Acceptable behaviour will have the rank restored, continued unacceptable behaviour will have the member dismissed from the guild (Kicked). Severe member issues may necessitate an immediate dismissal from the guild. Such cases arise when the good name of the guild is questioned. 7. AFK/Inactives, A member who are AFK for more than 10 days without notice will be demoted to Slacker. And if he doesnt show up in another 10 days (so 20 days) will be demoted to Inactive and will be kicked afther a vote among the officers.
8. Members that have been in this guild before, who we helped gear up, are not to be allowed back in this guild. We geared U up once, won't happend again.
For DKP/Loot Rules check this page DKP System Regards,
